Ticket Refund Policy

This sample policy describes a possible approach to ticket changes and refunds for Confarex. It is placeholder copy and is not a statement of an existing event operator’s actual terms.

Refund requests
For this demo, attendees may request a refund up to 14 days before the first event day. Requests made after that date may not be eligible, except where required by applicable law or the event is cancelled.

How to request
Email tickets@confarex.example with your order reference and the email address used at checkout. The support team will confirm the request and any applicable terms.

Ticket transfers
Ticket transfer requests may be considered until 48 hours before the event, subject to verification and availability.

Event changes or cancellation
If the event is cancelled or materially changed, ticket holders will be contacted with available options under the final published terms.

Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
